Meda Haq Banda by Nadeem Sarwar (2010 Nawha)
Nawha (Arabic: نوحہ) is a genre of Arabic, Persian, or Urdu prose depicting the martyrdom of Imam Hussein. Strictly speaking nawha is the sub-parts of Marsia. Nawhas are usually poetry expressing the sorrow felt by Shia Muslims for their leader and his family’s murders at the Battle of Karbala in the year 680.
