“A fatwa has been issued against a well known Islamic scholar and owner of Peace TV Channel, Dr Zakir Naik by the Qazi of Lucknow, Maulana Mufti Abdul Irfan Qadvi for allegedly supporting Osama bin Laden and asking youths to join terrorism.
